plugin XEP-0300: implemented hashing:
- parseHashElt do what it says
- calculateHashElt can calculate a whole hash in a non-blocking way
- or getHasher can be used for progressive hashing
- getBestPeerAlgo return the best available hashing algorithm of an entity
