plugin account: modifications in welcoming email:
- removed "it misses some features and it's not stable enough to be used for any serious purpose." as we are being more and more close to general audience version
- removed the reference to http://salut-a-toi.org/faq.html#certificate as we have no more certificate warning since the move to let's encrypt on the demo server
