mod_pubsub_feeds: Remove broken attempt to generate an ID from content This seems to never have worked correctly and now the timestamp is out of scope anyway.

Introduction
============

This module attempts to sanitize XHTML-IM messages.

It does **not** attempt to sanitize any CSS embedded in `style`
attributes, these are instead stripped by default.
