Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
mod_pubsub_feeds: Use URL as ID if no id set. If that's not there either then hash stuff and call it a day

This module is a very basic implementation of [XEP-0377: Spam Reporting].

When someone reports spam or abuse, a line about this is logged and an
event is fired so that other modules can act on the report.
