mod_portcheck: Don't rewrite '*' to '0.0.0.0' since Prosody doesn't They mean the same, but it's LuaSocket that deals with that, not Prosody

# To enable this module

Add `"http_prebind"` to `modules_enabled` on an anonymous virtual host.

This only works on anonymous ones for now.
