mod_portcheck: Don't rewrite '*' to '0.0.0.0' since Prosody doesn't They mean the same, but it's LuaSocket that deals with that, not Prosody

This module sends `-- MARK --` to the log once per minute. This may be
useful to give a sense of how busy the server is or see that logging and
timers are still working.
