mod_http_oauth2: Accept empty scope Some tool I used couldn't not send a scope, preventing it from working with mod_http_oauth2. This change should fix that.

Introduction

This module allows you to authenticate against an Wordpress database.

Configuration

SQL connection paramaters are identical to those of [SQL
storage](https://prosody.im/doc/modules/mod_storage_sql).
