mod_rest: Imply type=set for archive queries This is what makes GET /archive/{to} do the query instead of retrieve the form only.

Introduction
============

This module attempts to sanitize XHTML-IM messages.

It does **not** attempt to sanitize any CSS embedded in `style`
attributes, these are instead stripped by default.
