mod_muc_markers: replace configurable multi-marker tracking with better system
Now tracks a single marker, but automatically applies rules from the XEP about
"higher" markers implying "lower" markers - i.e. "displayed" implies "received".
Still, just a single marker is tracked and synthesized at all times (the one
configured with muc_marker_name).

The invite URLs allow new users to create an account even if public registration is disabled. After the account is created, the inviter and the invitee are automatically added to the other's roster. The inviter of a user is stored, so can be used later (for example, for detecting spammers). This module depends on Prosody's internal webserver.
