mod_rest: Correct unused reference $ref isn't supported yet, and this might not be the correct syntax, but now follows the other (un-)uses.

# To enable this module

Add `"http_prebind"` to `modules_enabled` on an anonymous virtual host.

This only works on anonymous ones for now.
