mod_pubsub_summary: Fix to not strip inline links Links were turned into `label <url>` and then a later pass removed the `<url>` part leaving only the label. This should avoid that. Escaping is hard.

Summary

Sometimes it is useful to get the raw XML logs from clients for
debugging purposes, but some clients don't expose this.

This module logs dumps everything sent and received into debug logs, for
debugging purposes.
