mod_rest: Ignore already handled top-level stanza attr fields Prevents the check in 1ec45dbc7db5 from returning an error for these fields that aren't handled in that loop.

Summary

Sometimes it is useful to get the raw XML logs from clients for
debugging purposes, but some clients don't expose this.

This module logs dumps everything sent and received into debug logs, for
debugging purposes.
