Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
mod_audit_register: Include hostpart with audit events here too mod_audit seems to expect this to be JIDs, not bare usernames.

This module is a very basic implementation of [XEP-0377: Spam Reporting].

When someone reports spam or abuse, a line about this is logged and an
event is fired so that other modules can act on the report.
