mod_rest: Workaround lack of number coercion in util.datamapper for HTTP upload
util.datamapper will not coerce a string into an integer like the
XEP-0363 'size' slot, which becomes a problem when using the HTTP GET
method, passing fields as ?query parameters which are always strings.

Defaults to empty string. ## Local resources Download a JSXC release archive and unpack it somewhere on your server. `jsxc_resources` : String. Path to the `dist` directory containing JSXC resources on the local file system. Disabled by default. ## Other options `jquery_url` : String. URL or relative path to jQuery.
